Referrals are not required by Coastal Physical Therapy Services, however, some insurance companies require referrals for the highest level of coverage. 

By law, Coastal Physical Therapy Services has to have a provider sign your plan of care after 30 days of treatment, so we do advise your provider's knowledge of your care with us.

We will work our best to ensure the highest level of treatment while maintaining clinic integrity.
