All insurance plans are different.  Without your specific insurance information we are unable to tell you if physical therapy is covered and to what extent.  If you need some help navigating the world of insurance feel free to give us a call and we will be more than happy to help you figure out your coverage details.

Upon learning insurance benefits and eligibility, all patients are asked to sign an insurance agreement.  If your visit is not covered in full we ask that you pay an agreed upon amount at each visit to keep your bill from becoming overwhelming.

At this time Coastal Physical Therapy Services is unable to accept Medicaid (Maine Care).  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
